Shipping Policy

How We Fulfil Your Order

Nellie Sable operates two fulfilment streams depending on what you order:

  • Art prints (A3 posters) — fulfilled directly by me, Nellie Sable
  • Fine Art Prints— fulfilled by our print partner, Teemill, from their UK factories

In some cases, if your order includes items from both streams, you may receive separate packages. If your order is shipped in multiple packages with a tracked service, you'll receive all tracking information in your dispatch confirmation email.

Art Prints (Fulfilled by Nellie Sable)

I personally prepare and ship all A3 poster prints. Orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 working days. You will receive a dispatch notification once your order is on its way.

Teemill-Fulfilled Products

Production time: The production process begins automatically as soon as your order is placed. Most orders leave our UK factory the next working day. To be safe, please allow up to 3 working days for production.

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

  • UK: 3–5 working days
  • EU: 5–10 working days
  • International: 10–20 working days

Available shipping options & timeframes:

UK:

  • Standard: 4–8 working days
  • 1st Class: 3–6 working days
  • Royal Mail Priority: Next working day (if ordered before 1pm Mon–Fri)

EU:

  • Standard: 5–10 working days

International:

  • Standard: 10–15 working days
  • Tracked & Signed: 10–15 working days

For Next Day Delivery, orders must be placed before 1pm on weekdays. Weekend orders may not be collected by a courier until Monday morning.

Bulk orders: Please allow up to 5 working days for orders up to 99 units, or 10 working days for orders over 100 units.

Tracking

Where a tracked service is selected, you will receive a tracking number in your dispatch confirmation email (UK orders). A shipping notification email will also be sent if enabled.

Please Note

All delivery timeframes are estimates. We have no control over the performance of third-party couriers and cannot guarantee delivery times. Public holidays or unexpected courier delays may occasionally affect delivery.
